G is for Ghosts

G is for...
Ghosts!
Today was all about ghosts.  First my mom and I went to the library to look for ghost movies that were kind of scary, but they all ended up being rated R or just sounded too scary so we got the movie The Corpse Bride and the book More Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark by Alvin Schwartz.

We went home and read a couple of ghosts stories from the book.  I am not going to lie they were pretty scary, but my mom didn't think so.

Then we watched the movie The Corpse Bride by Tim Burton.  My mom and I really liked it.  It's rated PG and we always liked Tim Burton's style.

    Have you read Coraline? My son really likes darker, scary stories and he recommends the book, but not the movie.

    yes I actually have read Coraline and i own the movie. I have to say I think the movie is better than the book! I love them both.
